For MSPs Step 33 of 35

Reports for your clients

The per-client digest, a PDF report for each client under your brand, scheduled exports, and the per-client usage sheet for re-billing.

Updated

Each client is an organisation of its own, so everything in Exports and scheduled reports works per client. These are the parts MSPs use most.

A digest per client

On My notifications in your MSP organisation, How you receive it chooses One email per client or One email for the whole account. Per client, each email covers one client’s domains: their volume and pass rate, where each is on the way to p=reject, and what needs attention. It’s easy to forward. See Notifications and alerts.

A PDF for each client

Open the client, then Exports, and choose Report (PDF): every domain with its last 30 days of mail and DMARC results, as a printable report. With white-label, it carries your product name and logo, not ours.

Domains (CSV) is the same data as a spreadsheet, and DNS records (CSV) is every record the client’s domains need, for whoever runs their DNS.

Scheduled exports

A client’s Exports page has its own schedule: weekly or monthly, the CSV, the PDF or both. It sends to members of the client organisation who can read reports, as links that work for 7 days.

Usage per client

Client usage (CSV), on your MSP organisation’s Exports page, lists this month’s domains, users and message volume for each client: the figures to re-bill against. It’s shown to people who can see billing.
